What makes Gen Y different? What experiences may have influenced their attitudes, values & work styles? What do they need to be successful at work? How can organizations engage & inspire them to maximize their impact & productivity? These questions are becoming increasingly important as the largest generation in history begins entering the workforce.

GEN – Y is multitalented, over stimulated, socially aware, demanding and resourceful. They are also utterly challenging and confusing to the workplace, as well as to their supervisors and managers.

They currently account for approximately 20%-30% of the workforce and therefore, it is very important that managers change their style and mindset while handling Gen –Y in order to take the best out of them and make them more productive towards the overall growth of the organization.
