Association Of Management Of MBA/ MMS Institutes and National HRD Network and NHRDN Nagpur Chapter invite you to its one day conclave on ‘Road Map for Innovative & Sustainable Strategies in Skills Development & Retention of Talented Employees’ on Saturday, 8th October 2011.
Business Leaders have to deal with higher levels of complexity, that is, heightened globalization of economies, sophisticated financial markets, greater sensitivity to environmental issues & increasing emphasis on ‘global approaches.’ Developing sustainable business models, including technology will play an increasingly crucial role, as the discipline of sustainability gets on the top of the CEO’s agenda. Problem solving and/or encashing opportunities would have to factor the impact of the actions of business on the larger stakeholder ecosystem: including employees, consumers, customers, investors, business associates, governments, civil society and the surrounding community. The key challenge facing Indian Inc is that of the challenge of building scale- quickly- in terms of manpower numbers having the right set of knowledge, skills and competency requirements.
OBJECTIVES:
Participants to this workshop would get an opportunity to present, learn, share, discuss – with respect to their circle of influence – different approaches and solutions that are superior, sustainable and effective.
