Managing Human Capital Post Turbulent Times
As per a study conducted by Hewitt, the top three priorities on the HR agenda, for the period 2010 to 2012 remain stable with an even greater emphasis on core human capital issues, namely: leadership development, employee engagement and talent retention (in that order). As a fourth priority, the focus will be on improving the assessment of what HR does and how it adds value to the business. This is also the area where HR leaders seem to be most keen to have further support and fill their current gap in terms of delivery capacity.
What should HR do to manage employee expectations? What are the new needs for tackling post recession challenges? How does HR pay a pivotal role in managing organizations new growth paradigm?
What will you learn?
In this webinar, S. V. Nathan, Director | U.S. India Talent, Deloitte will share his perspective on the subject and address questions by the participants.
